A:  Good question.  Our firm is not just a tax preparation service.  I own and operate a Certified Public Accounting firm + we also harvest tax breaks.  As a Certified Public Accountant, I am a tax expert.  I see to it that my clients pay the lowest taxes.  I receive 80 CPE (Continuing Professional Education credits) accounting credits every 2 years therefore I am very knowledgeable and able to answer your tax questions.   Besides Income Tax Preparation, we offer many other Accounting & Tax Services.  We are a professional, full service firm with many years of Business Experience.  We are family owned and operated.  I believe that the key to our success is that we seek to build long lasting relationships with our clients from the beginning. Q.  What actually is a Certified Public Accountant?

A:  A CPA, or certified public accountant, is licensed by a state authority to practice public accounting.  CPAs are distinguished from other accountants by stringent licensing requirements. CPAs take continuing professional education annually to retain their professional licenses to practice and to “stay on top of their game”. The Tax laws in Washington, D.C. and Harrisburg change frequently.  Furthermore, CPAs are governed by a Code of Professional Conduct - one of the most exacting of any profession - which stresses independence, integrity, objectivity, technical competence and adherence to professional standards. This Code emphasizes the CPA's commitment to serving and protecting the public interest.

A:  Our CPA firm is physically located at 73 North Market Street in Elysburg, PA.  We are conveniently located on State Route 54, 8 miles east of I-80. 

Q:  How long have you been in business?
A:  Steve has been serving accounting clients for over a decade.  He graduated East Stroudsburg University in 1989.

Q:  What are your business hours?
